A: The main thing you'll need is patience. At 15 your body has only limited potential for gaining mass. However you are about to enter prime muscle-building years between ages of 16 and 25 or so. The fact that you have trouble putting on weight now is actually a good thing! It means that your metabolism is high (as it ought to be at young age) and you will be able to gain muscle relatively easily while keeping fat low when your body is ready for it. So just stick with what you are doing as far as eating plenty and exercising and just be patient. I can't tell you exactly when your big growth spurt will start, but it will happen sometime over the next year or two and you'll be able to build plenty of muscle then. Don't get frustrated but just be patient and stick with your program. And keep eating! Good luck!
