Nothing Works Out

Q: i dont like to stay on the thing i put my mind to becouse i did whith the others and i whant to know why nothing works out there

A: I am not completely sure what you are asking about, but it sounds like you've tried different approaches to weight loss and none of them worked out particularly well. Sorry to hear that, but unfortunately yours story is all too common. There is a huge number of bogus, unhealthy, unrealistic, and ineffective weight loss programs and experts out there, all asking you to spend money on them and all promising incredible results in short time. Remember: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! This is true in all aspects of life and weight loss is no different. Any time you hear 'fast weight loss', 'eat what you like', or 'no need to exercise', walk away. Every time you see models with chiseled abs and Hollywood looks trying to sell you something, walk away. Every time you hear about a 'scientific breakthrough' or 'secret ingredient' or 'limited time opportunity', walk away.

Quality weight loss should not be fast, is rarely easy, and requires time and effort for exercise and healthy diet. But once you set realistic expectations (allow one week to lose each pound of extra weight) and learn the right approach (which is what I aim to provide here -- without even asking for your money :) weight loss is just a matter of time. Be patient, eat right, exercise and you WILL lose weight and get in as good shape as you want to be.

That's ALL you need to know for effective weight loss. Now you'll just need to implement their recommendations into your daily routine, diet, and exercise programs. You won't eat 100% perfect all of the time, you'll miss some workouts, you'll probably fall off the wagon altogether a few times. None of that matters! Simply get right back to your program as soon as possible and as much as possible. With time all those unwanted pounds will be gone. It's not a particularly glamourous or exciting approach, but I promise you that it works. Best of luck to you!
