One Day Diet
Q: What do You think about the One Day Diet?
A: There's probably a dozen different pills and programs that go by that name that are all, basically, junk. They're designed to sell by appealing to your lazy side. It's completely impossible to lose any significant amount of fat in one day and losing fat is the only thing that matters. It IS possible to lose a lot of WEIGHT in one day, almost all of which will be muscle and water and all of which will come back in a hurry and with extra fat.
Don't look for quick fixes and certainly don't fall for silly marketing names like 'One Day Diet'. Instead educate yourself about true, slow, sustained, long-term fat loss through healthy dieting and exercise including weight training. Then just gather up some resolve and start on that path. A few months later you'll be thanking yourself while all the quick-fix people will be wondering where the extra fat came from.
