Pill To Reduce Overeating

Q: is there any pill i can take to reduce my over eating habit or any tip

A: Sorry, it's harsh, but looking to pills to control overeating is just completely wrong and misguided. You'll just compound your overeating problem by relying on drugs. EATING RIGHT IS COMPLETELY IN YOUR CONTROL. You know it just as well as I know it. All you have to do is resolve to eat better and simply do it.

As far as tips to prevent overeating, that is actually something I can help you with:

  • Always have a big generous breakfast first thing in the morning. Never ever skip it and if you have a sweet tooth for something, then breakfast is the time to go for it.
  • Have a plan what you'll eat throughout the day. Do not try to starve yourself, just plan out several reasonable meals spreadout through the whole day. Then stick to that plan.
  • Drink lots of plain water and/or unsweetened tea throughout the day. Have unsweetened ice tea with your meals if you need to drink something along with food.
  • Make sure all or at least most of your meals have veggies or fruits in them. Preferably raw veggies and fruits. Best veggies are green ones, like spinach, lettuce, broccoli, green beans, etc. The more veggies the better!
  • Try to have a good source of protein in every meal. That includes lean meat, chicken, any fish, cottage cheese, eggs, or even legumes like beans and lentils.
  • Have 4-5 small-to-medium meals planned throughout the day. As I said before, the breakfast is the most important meal and should be the biggest.
  • Exercise self-control. Ask yourself whether the extra helping of cake is really going to make you happy compared to passing on it and knowing that you
control what you eat instead of the other way around!
  • Take up physical activity. Doesn't matter what it is. Anything from cleaning the house to walking to playing sports with friends to going to the gym. Anything would be a good start.

And check out my site and articles, you'll find a lot of good tips here. Just don't rely on pills to solve your problems. You can do it yourself just by trying and maintaining a positive can-do attitude. Good luck!
