Should Not Exercise Every Day

Q: hi mike im the guy from 1533 , i kinda forgot to add this in another part so anyways i should not do those kind of exercise every day am i right, i need to have at least 1 day break to recover

A: Yup, that's a very good idea to take a day or two (or even more, especially if you do heavy weightlifting) off each week to let your body recover.
