Sweating A Lot While Working Out
Q: I am beginning to sweat a lot while working out. Is this an indication that I am working myself too hard (and I am out of shape) or the contrary (as I read somewhere)? Is there a way to control my sweating (ie. drinking less water is a possibility, but doesn't sound too heathy)
A: Sweating, during both cardio and intense weight training, is normal and is to be expected. Don't try to prevent sweating and don't limit your water intake. Drink water throughout your training sessions and take a shower afterward.
