A: Read about Nutrition and Weight Training. You gain more muscle by heavy whole-body weight training to stimulate your body into needing more muscle and by overeating and slowly gaining weight (I recommend no faster that 1 pound every 2 weeks) to provide your body with the raw materials to actually build this new muscle. You need to do both. If you only weight train without eating a lot you won't gain much new muscle. If you only eat a lot without weight training you'll simply gain new fat. Do both and you'll build plenty of new muscle. Read the articles I linked for more info.
