Want To Lose 25 Lbs But Scale Hasn't Moved
Q: Hey Mike. I love your site. I am a new mom who lost just about all my baby weight within the first 10 weeks of my sons life. I know want to lose an additional 25 lbs. I workout an average of 4 days/week, (30 combo of cardio and weights) and am on a 1500-1700 calorie diet. I also breastfeed. With all this, I seem not to be losing much weight. The scale hasn't moved for me in the last 3 weeks. What else can I/do I need to do? Please help.
A: At high level it sounds like you are doing everything right. 1500-1700 calories is a good level and 4x week workouts should be enough. So the devil may be in the details. If you can post back with detailed breakdown of your diet and your workout programs I may be able to suggest improvements.
