Weight Training In Morning, Jogging In Evening
Q: hi mike .. i weigh 74 kgs and with 5'9 height . i do weight training in morning 5 times a week and jogging in the evening thrice a week. will this combination of jogging and weight training hav a negative effect on my body as i want to tone up.
