Weird Chest Muscle
Q: Mike, i asked this question before, but i coudlnt find it so ill ask it again. when i flex my chest, i have more muscle by my armpit, and it kind of slants down in my upper chest then hills up towards my armpit area. is this from bad bench form?
A: Nope, as I said before, that should be perfectly fine. Bad form results in injuries, not in strange muscle shapes. The way muscles develop and look will be a bit different for different people too. You may want to try different width grips on the barbell during bench press which hits muscles at different angels and may possibly even out the pec development. Also, may want to try dumbbell bench press. But on the whole this is not something I would worry about.
Also, I can't see what you are talking about, but if you mean there's a muscle bulge right above the armpit, then that's your anterior deltoid muscle -- front shoulder -- and it should bulge out like that.
