A: Not feeling like eating any more is normal on a bulk, especially for hard gainers. There's no easy way around it -- you'll just need to keep stuffing calories into yourself even though you are not hungry at all. You should have a rough daily plan of what and how much you eat at what time. Obviously you won't be able to follow this plan exactly every day, but if you have a plan then you'll never have a question about what and when to eat next.

Coming up with a good plan isn't easy, so you can use something like http://www.mikesfitness.com/content/muscle-gain-diet-3300-calories as your starting point and add or replace the foods and meals as needed to fit your specific situation. If you don't have time for a proper meal, then you'll need to figure out some good quick calorie-stuffer. Everyone's tastes are different, so it's hard for me to suggest a specific food or meal that works for you as a calorie-stuffer. Here's one recipe I like: http://www.mikesfitness.com/content/node/20023 . Another thing I like is a peanut butter banana sandwich using natural peanut butter (ingredients should list peanuts and salt only) and whole-wheat bread. Also, in your plan make sure you don't skip any meals and try to make your breakfast and post-workout meals as big as you can manage -- these are the times your body needs nutrients the most and you are probably most hungry as well.

You already know this, but that commercial mass gainer is 85% junk (sugar) with 15% protein, so I would only recommend it as the very last resort if you absolutely do not have time for any other meal, not even a shake or a sandwich like I outlined above.
