Will Lots Of Carbs Cause Fat
Q: If I need say 2500 calories a day and most of that comes from complex carbs like brown rice, wholemeal bread along with fruit and vegetables and protein ? will the fact that I have a lot of carbs ? as opposed to say lots of protein ect - cause me to deposit fat even though I?m eating no more than the calories I need daily?
A: No, as long as you eat just the calories you need to keep your weight constant you'll be safe from gaining fat. But if you are gaining weight from these 2500 calories (which means you need fewere calories than that) then you will likely gain some fat even from these healthy foods.
