I have been training at Martial Arts for a long time now and have been a black belt for a couple of years I have tried as much as possible to keep the weight off me, now I am getting older I have decided to give weigh lifting a go, I am looking forward to getting in to this and have bought some dumbells and other weights to get started. Thanks for the website and all of the help thats on it. I will try doing a blog to keep myself motivated. |

| Hello i'm a 23 year old dad with a wife and 2 kids. I currently weigh an all time high at 275 lbs, i have been working out my chest shoulder and arms for the last year. My max bench is 305 lbs and im curling 60 lbs standing and 50 sitting 3 sets of 10. It has just hit home i need to start cardio and get on a nutrition plan so far i love the site hope you keep it up thanks mike. |
